For over fifteen years our consultants have provided CARF, COA, and Joint Commission accreditation preparation assistance to the behavioral health, children and youth, and juvenile justice fields. We have successfully advised agencies in all treatment modalities serving every consumer population. We often assist psychiatric hospitals and inpatient units as well residential treatment centers and agencies providing behavioral health community alternative programs, community support, in-home, day treatment, foster care and adoptions.
Our team is experienced with the Person Centered Recovery Model treatment approach as well as traditional behavioral medicine. Please call us for more information.
CARF accreditation: all behavioral health programs including residential treatment, community support, in-home and day treatment, to all populations, and opioid treatment
COA accreditation: all mental health, addiction or chemical dependency, and children, youth, and family services services including residential treatment, group care, foster care and all other related program types
Joint Commission accreditation: all mental health and substance abuse treatment programs and modalities including inpatient, partial hospital, outpatient, psychiatric residential treatment, foster care, opioid treatment. We can help your organization develop its own in-house tracer process in order to always be ready for a Joint Commission survey and to improve the quality and efficiency of care.
Our services are tailored to each organization's philosophy, organizational structure, accreditation experience, size, time frame, and current accreditation status. We may develop or refine operating manuals, policies, procedures and forms, conduct a mock survey, provide on-site training, set up an agencie's own tracer process, or focus on a particular system, like quality improvement or governance. The results are clear: every organization we have helped prepare for accreditation has obtained it on their first survey.
